Odalengo Piccolo is located south of the Valle Cerrina road, on the right bank of the Stura Stream.
Odalengo Grande
The name Odalengo clearly has Lombard origins and derives from the term “adelingi,” which referred to nobles descended from ancient families, upon whom the “arimanni”—the members of the army and the popular assembly—depended.
Murisengo
Murisengo is located in the far northwest of the province of Alessandria, Piedmont, on the eastern edge of the Valle Cerrina.
Mombello Monferrato
Despite careful toponymic studies, the origin of the name is still unclear. What is certain, however, is that Mombello has very ancient origins, with Paleolithic settlements dating back 90,000 years.
